Meet Dave

Having learned so much from my many successes — as well as from the hard knocks of business and life — I’m now focused on sharing my expertise so that I can help others build their businesses, learn to lead others, and grow and prosper in their personal and professional lives.

For more than twenty years, I’ve lived the entrepreneurial dream by starting and successfully managing my own businesses. What began as two people working out of a garage with Visa-card funding has resulted in a long, winding (and sometimes bumpy) road of business failures and successes. Along the way, this road has included a publishing startup (which was a big fail), several real estate ventures, and ultimately, Off Madison Ave—a successful marketing company that for more than twenty-five years has flourished through continued business growth and multiple acquisitions. In addition, I am now running and growing my most recent venture, LighthousePE, a SaaS-based software company.

Also, I recently served on the board of directors for a global organization. In addition, I have published my first book—all while practicing as a private coach and mentor to entrepreneurs around the world. On a personal note, I have put two sons through college while striving to be the best husband I can be to my wife of more than twenty-five years.

International Experience

As a representative for the president of the United States and as a global leader for the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, I have traveled extensively throughout the world. These experiences have enabled me to observe and experience leadership at all levels across the globe firsthand. In addition, this involvement has taught me how to interact with people from different cultures and ways of life. Ultimately, I’ve learned that no matter where you are in the world, leadership matters.
